The Via Pietro Nenni Residences are set within a planned residential area characterized by low building density and a close relationship with the environmental context of the Conero Park.
The residential units within the complex are developed over two above-ground levels, with independent entrances and dedicated outdoor spaces. The plan and volumetric layout is designed to ensure functional internal distribution, proper exposure of the dwellings, and an orderly relationship between buildings and open areas.
The works were carried out using construction solutions oriented toward execution quality and long-term durability, with particular attention to the integration of structural and building systems elements. The architectural language, sober and essential, allows for a coherent integration into the surrounding urban and landscape context.
