The history and the “mission”
The experience of the Torelli Dottori Group can be traced back to the late 1800s, when the Torelli family was already running a small artisan construction company in the province of Ancona.
Subsequently, through significant milestones and growing success, the range of services offered expanded until reaching today’s scale as a medium-sized company.
Today the company, with a workforce of more than 100 employees in which male and female representation is equally balanced, operates throughout the entire Italian market as a dynamic company at the forefront of technological innovation.
The Torelli Dottori Group approaches every project with a constant drive toward the optimization of production processes, the continuous renewal of equipment, and the professional development of its employees, both from a technical standpoint and in terms of workplace safety.

Staff
Over the years, Torelli Dottori has strengthened its capabilities and today can rely on the coexistence of multiple departments:
Management department
Technical department
Operational department
Administrative department
The stability of the organizational structure is also ensured by the diversity of specializations, with particular reference to site operators and technical personnel. These include Technical Directors, certified Project Managers, and BIM experts (Managers, Coordinators, Specialists).
Completing the structure, a solid network of partners across the entire Italian territory makes it possible to manage projects that also include highly complex specialized works.
Environment
On the flat roof of the Torelli Dottori S.p.A. headquarters, a photovoltaic system with a nominal capacity of P = 48.6 kWp was installed in 2008 and connected to the grid for the production of electricity from renewable sources. The system is connected to the distributor’s network through an existing low-voltage connection point. The generator consists of nine sub-fields, each connected to an inverter with single-phase output. The system uses 270 polycrystalline silicon modules rated at 180 Wp.
At the headquarters, an area has also been set up for the storage and recovery of materials deriving from construction activities, such as wood waste, ferrous metals, milled bituminous materials, and demolition debris. For these activities, the company is equipped with a low-noise mechanical crusher. Dust suppression is achieved through a water misting system.
