The intervention on the headquarters of the Regional Council and Regional Government of the Marche Region involved building refurbishment and functional upgrading works aimed at improving the overall performance of the building. The works, carried out by Torelli Dottori S.p.A., included structural elements, finishes, and building systems, through targeted measures to enhance safety, efficiency, and long-term durability. The project also provided for the optimization of internal spaces and the adaptation of environments to meet operational and institutional requirements, in alignment with the urban context in which the building is located.
